If you find a new user on GT that has the same IP adress as user who just resigned his nation, do you let that person keep playing, or would you delete his country.

I ask because wonder if nations MCXA has defeated would create new users, to hide that they were once our enemy.

A person can only have one account on TMS (and that's in the Terms of Use), so the second account and country would be removed.
