For a few minutes I saw someone drop down a 'test country' then remove it again, before I could check who it was
There should be a limit to resigning from nations; this is proof someone is abusing it already.

where was the drop?

if nations can be deleted immediately, there should be a limit on how soon the same person can start a new nation. that, or a nation has to exist for 30 days before you resign and start over.

That would be me. hahaha I was testing various scripts after (hopefully) repairing the map corruption issue.

I don't really see how creating a country and then immediately resigning and joining somewhere else would be of any benefit to a person, though.
