I had one of my bases nuked, and now have radiation in a large area
What is the effect of radiation on units, and how long does the radiation last? (and can it be removed?)

On a side note, I think Nukes are too cheap even at 80k

I'll be sending boats east once I complete my next section of conquests (which could take a while - its like 14 countries or so) and my new co-conspirator completes his conquests. Then we'll be coming to a theater (pun intended) near you. You don't have to duke it out with us, however. I always look for a friend on every continent, but it depends upon what you have to offer when we get closer.
