I just logged in and noticed that Bravo appears to be stuck. It doesn't look like the cycle ran.
Is it me or is it for everyone?

Looks like a crash! I'll investigate this as soon as I get a chance. Bravo will remained paused until tonight's cycle, so no one will lose a chance to set their moves.
Looks like Research, Orders and Diplomacy are disabled. My moves appear to be all set still but suspicious of my spy plane that appears to have scouted near Beef Sizzle island which shouldn't have happened until next cycle...?
Yeah. 99% sure my spy plane successfully scouted sector #142976 and is visible to me now even though the cycle did not complete. My guess is the server crashed shortly thereafter as it does not appear this happened with any other spy planes. Hopefully that helps with tracing.
