There are a few mismatches between sector color and unit ownership. I hadn't looked that closely before. There are at least two more just like this. I thought I was doing better. lol

Hanibel thanks! Had a production bug that allowed a build even after the sector was captured. It's fixed, incorrectly built units have been removed, and money has been refunded!
