Dont let him win. You not playing lets him win... Just crush him every turn he will get bored and stop, if he messages you dont even bother opening up since you see its him.... Some people are small minded, Realize that and deal with it and know you are not the only one in this game who has had to deal with him. Dont let him win. Just destroy everything he puts out every turn. You win then. [/nod]

There's a <a href="
https://ssl.toomuchstupid.com/account/notes/fnc_blist">blacklist</a> option in <a href="
https://ssl.toomuchstupid.com/account/notes/">Notes</a> which will prevent the user from being able to send messages.
I may make that an account-level setting that also blocks that user's message board posts from being visible to you, or create a separate Message Board blacklist, as well.
