Today I toggled my Alliance Pins and for some reason they cant be turned back on. I am able to toggle every thing else, am I isolated? can some of you try and toggle yours to see what happens.

oh in the T-map only I have this problem I can toggle in S-map

It's happened to be before a few times. I did not think much of it. I just zoomed in and zoomed out after checking the 'on' box. Then they reset. I'm not sure why it happens.

Thanks. yeah I figured if I reset my toggle in salta it fixed in T-map, but still cant toggle in T-map itself for some reason

That's happened to me a few times as well... only I've had to exit the world entirely to see the pins again.
