There seems to be missing capitals of people who have resigned but not all of them some are still there. specifically I see that the following are missing,

Risktaker DS
Phantom DS
Paololand
empress
skunkworks
adventure
wernerreich


and these remain,

awesome nation
soul society
isle of lewis
crimson blade
kool guy

this is not a complete list just what I have noticed

If a player resigns within the first 30 days of a map, their capitol does not remain. Only the placecard with the name.

This was implemented to prevent a cheat whereby a player creates and quits multiple countries then establishes there final country and has easy control over multiple capitols

So how do some capitals remain? The world started less than a month ago.

If the capitol has been captured before the player resigns, then the capitol remains.

And if not, then someone need to contact Johnny.
