I was thinking maybe we should have players make a flag for their nation

You can. Click on 'Country Profile' on the right of the main page to go to a screen where you can upload a flag and write other things.

Umm, I guess I had better work on my flag for my land is GREAT and needs a flag!!! No, not that white surrender flag, that one is for anyone who GETS under my nerves and I have to obliterate...lol.

This is why all your base are belong to us. This is not a communist state. therefore, you don't have to choose a flag for yourself if you don't want to.

I would be cool if you rolled over a territory and could automatically see the name and/or flag of the country holding it. I mean, at the moment, a flag is somewhat a useless aspect of a country and so most don't make one.
