OK... how do we make ships? i have several ship yards (seaports whatever) but i dont know how to make ships. can someone explain the simple process into a pathetically easier explanation for me?

Click on a water sector adjacent to the sea port sector. You should then see a "create" option (plus sign) in the sea unit row. If you don't, then you may not have enough money to buy a ship.
