Is it just me or is everyone else noticing that GT has had periods of lockups and slow loading throught the last 2-3 days?

All other sites work fine so it's not my ISP. It's just with GT. I'm noticing it between page changes of all types. Homepage, Note page, message boards and world view. It'll be locked up for a minute or 2 then goes back to normal. And it's happening at all times of the day and night.

I have noticed that once upon a time, but not recently for me. Last couple weeks no issues.

It's been happening almost constantly so far today.

Try clearing your cache. It has alleviated the problem for me. But I was only having it on Cerato.

game is moving like sludge for me take 30 seconds to select and move a unit.

No problems here. Send a note to Johnny. Let him know your browser and what maps you were on. He may not get to it right away. He started a new job this week.

Clearing the cache did nothing, but I remembered I just installed AVG 2011 again, which gave me problems the last time I tried it too. Reverted to older version, and it works fine.

I did nothing the server is starting to improve on your own. Its all server side lag guys, AVG, Cashe cleaning isn't really the issue

Well, you start with what the user can control. Then you contact the site administrator. Then you wait patiently for the internet gnomes to fix the problem.

Try using another browser too, that works for me. I normally use Mozilla, but when it's acting weird, I can log in with Google "Flock".

I use firefox and when it gets slow, restart the browser. Java eats up the world if you let it. Restarting the browser helps. Firefox on a Mac is even worse.
