No link appears when I click one of my sectors, my nations name, and then view its information.

I figured out the error in this - you have to click on a sector owned by the nation who sent you the treaty - not one of your own sectors.

Oops! I accidentally inserted the wrong country name. I corrected it so that the note now puts the name of the country that requested the alliance.
