How does the idea of movable pins sound? As far as tracking enemy sea units and CTs, deleting and creating new pins is rather tedious. What if pins could be clicked, held, and dragged to a new location?

Considering that you click and drag to move the map, I'm thinking that might not be a good idea to click and drag pins.
shortcut keys are awesome!

And what does the awesomeness of shortcut keys have to do with my suggestion? It would be nice to be able to move pins with one click and movement, rather than hold key, click, hold key, click, click, type.
Or even just a movement options for pins: Click pin, click move, click new location.

Last time this came up. Johnny expressed interest in setting up an easy way to copy paste of pins. I'm not sure why it didn't occur to anyone then that a drag drop would be cool. Or maybe they did and I don't remember <shruggs> lol.
Anyway, I think its' a great idea.

What kind of messages are you guys typing on pins that you need to copy and paste it?

The Pin info is pretty helpful for static targets like bases and turrets, but the movable option would lend itself greatly to the tracking of any land or naval units. Unit types or strengths would be great to keep note of. Or even landscape changing units like CT's.
And trust me I love and use my pins as much as the next guy I use them on big maps as mental notes to me, strategic points, even messaging between allies.
