When I enter an alliance I can see everyones attack in my alliance, when I hit radar I only see mine, could we have radar turned on as well for alliance members ?

No problem! In GT2, I think I'm going to have radar that notifies you of enemies instead of having to click and visually scan.

Are you also extending radar radius? Maps and water masses being as large as they are (and radar being expensive as it it) it would be a nice thing.

Or maybe a triangulation radar system would be cool: so it's all based on where you drop your triangle. Ooo that would be a sweet element!
