I have a treaty that expires in 1 day, so if i set my attacks today will they work or not at the end of the turn tonight?

If I recall correctly, your treaty does not expire until the end of the daily cycle tonight. Any attacks you set today would still adhere to the treaty.

Correct. Treaties are expired <i>after</i> attacks are processed.

Basically, as long as the treaty is still listed, then it's still in place. If it's over, it won't appear in the list.
