I would like to to assign the same short-cut key but have it do different things in context.

For example, I would like the "s" key to split land units, split sea units, and split air units.
Similar for the "j" key (for join) etc.

Right now the interface only lets a key be in one place.

The land and sea unit keys actually do overlap, where the same key works for either one. There is no split/join for air units, though, so it wouldn't apply.

Of course, I'm probably misunderstanding something, so please feel free to clarify!

Hmmm, you're right. Did it change? I can't seem to remember what key I wanted to duplicate now. Usually not that much of an air head.
