I would like to have an indication of total worldwide radiation and change in the summary page.

This would be interesting as an indication of, well, how much nuclear strikes are going on / have happened.

It would also be very interesting if using bombs would reduce materials in affected sectors.

yep radiation circles and concentrations from nukes would be cool to see on the overview map or something, idk if i like the bombs reducing material in sectors or not, maybe if it recharged over time or something.

I believe Johnny said a long time ago that radiation reduces the material on a sector in proportion to the amount of radiation. Once the radiation is gone the material returns to its original value.
