i was under the impression that you were only allowing members to play on one map at a time. or was that when the game finally launches, and people are allowed to play on all the worlds for now?

When the game finally launches, Gold members will be able to play multiple maps.

Until then, anyone can.

Erm, how do I start a country on the new map, without making a false declaration? (saying it is my only account)

It is your only account. You're just using the one account to play in multiple worlds.

It's also been reworded to say, "This means you are only allowed to create one country within each world in Global Triumph."

Johnny,

I don't know how I feel about the Capitol having to be within 100 Pixels of TWO other countries instead of one like it used to be. I haven't had an issue yet but I've been looking near different spawn points and it seems like that rule forces people to be so close together that if they're allied several people are going to be stuck with only a few cells.

don't drop next to an ally. or drop next to one, but make sure you two can take out the other guy.
