i propose that this nation be deleted or reduced to the starting number of squares for a brand new nation. i also ask that the general public support this act as a showing that the players would like to have fun experience instead of being taken advantage of.

Multiple accounts happen all the time, so I usually don't have time to really look into it. I typically just delete the additional accounts and send a warning.

If what you're describing is accurate, then yes, that country should be deleted and forced to restart.
